I found this great recipe for jam from Midwest Living (click here for recipe). The jam is easy to make and uses jello as the thickner so was fun changing up the flavors.
I used blackberries in place of the rhubarb, and added cherry limeade jello for Berry Cherry Limeade jam. Then I tried nectarines and jalapenos with cherry jello for Cherry Nectarine Pepper jelly and that was really good!

British Columbia, Canada
This was a wonderful campground in Canada. Our tent worked great for camping. It is one of those that actually can attach to the back of the Jeep or stand alone.

Camping in the Yukon!
We sure enjoyed camping in the Yukon. We couldn't put up our tent here. Our Jeep Cherokee worked well as a hotel room!
