It is a sunny day here in Northern California. We had a busy day, Laton working on the cabin here and I was working on some card kits. I am making a cute tea card. <-------- Check it out:

My New Laundry Room (ie. compartment)

Laton did it. He was able to fabricate a new floor for the compartment in the front of our travel trailer that allowed us to install a small washer and dryer. No more 70 mile trips to the laundromat. Whoooooo Hooooooo. And it only took a day and a small amount of inappropriate language :) Ah, the small pleasures of civilization.

Another adventure

Welcome to our new blog format. We are having a great summer so far. We are enjoying some sunshine and the beautiful lagoon we are parked next to. This is a picture of our little boat landing next to our travel trailer. It helps Laton maintain the wilderness campground across the lake. (and it helps with the fishing!)

I am so behind on my blog, my scrapbooking, my cardmaking but I appear to be all caught up on my TV watching.  I have also fallen prey to that social network, Facebook.  It is in the process of consuming me…but I draw the line at going to live on the farm or work in that cafe there.  I am after all retired!
