A Winter Luminary

This is the other side of the luminary
I have been busy crafting for several swaps and am very happy with my winter luminary.  I love this bear stamp. I added some bling with some bitty sparkles for the holidays, but it is hard to see in the picture.

Thanks for Everything
Pretty Flowers

Since I already had all the ink, stamps, and paper scattered all over my craft trailer, I thought I would keep making cards...24 cards later, here are some more of my favorites.

Gift Ideas

Recycled empty TP Roll Gift Card Holder
I spend a lot of time following different blogs and chatting about craft ideas with various fellow crafters. The talk right now is about creating Christmas Gifts, big and small, and in this economy, inexpensive. Handmade ornaments, cards, groups of cards and gift card holders are topping the list.  I have seen battery votive lamps made from old wine glasses, dry erase boards from dollar store picture frames and various bags of treats.  I will be posting some of these ideas this month but thought I would start with some recycling.  Here is a toilet paper holder gift card holder.  Fun and easy to make using up scraps.  The most expensive part of this gift is the gift card you enclose.   LOL!

Creepy Crawly Week is over!

We are leaving the outdoors and moving indoors. I want to share a crafting video.  As a CTMH consultant, I have the pleasure of working with several talented consultants. When our new catalog comes out we all share in choosing a stamp set and paper.  We create an item, make what feels like hundreds but is usually only 25 to 35 and send it to our lovely hostess, Miyuki Williams. She then sorts, swaps and mails the items back to us and viola...I have an item showcasing each new stamp, paper and embellishments.  Another talented consultant, Stephanie Pederslie puts together a great video of our products...and here it is!  The baby waterfall card and the pumpkin card with brown striped ribbon are my contributions this time.

Winter/Autumn Product Swap-Stamps from the New Catalog!

This is a slide show of a wonderful swap I was in with several other Close To My Heart Consultants. I just found out that the gal that did the washer necklace is a sorority sister's daughter (Sandy Bell's daughter, Haley). Such a small world we all live in! On the slide of the 3 cards made with orange papers, my card is the Happy Thanksgiving card on the far right.

Corner Bookmark

corner bookmark
My latest card in papercrafting ... a corner bookmark. So fun and simple.  I got the pattern from http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/.  This is a great website for the crafter/stamper. Enjoy!

Dog Treats

Loved by Dogs everywhere....Maggie is guarding the treats from Sadie!
I wanted to share my latest venture...homemade, all natural dog treats. I made them with whole wheat flour, white flour, peanut butter and canola oil. I stamped them before I baked them. Even my picky princess, Sadie, loves them. I will have them for sale at the Crescent City Farmer's Market on Saturday along with my handmade cards.

It is a sunny day here in Northern California. We had a busy day, Laton working on the cabin here and I was working on some card kits. I am making a cute tea card. <-------- Check it out:
