My Salsa Pot
Living in AZ doesn’t give us a long growing season but here in Colorado it is all summer long. I planted a salsa pot when we got here in May. I have ancho chili peppers, jalapeƱos, Roma tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro. So here are some pics of the difference 30 days makes!

String of Pearls
On my Birthday Trip in May I snagged some String of Pearls cuttings from the tall parents, Ann & Wes Rook. I remember having this plant in a ubiquitous macrame plant hanger in the early days of our marriage, the 70's. I was thrilled to see this plant and to score some free cuttings. I'm nursing them along, unlike my daughter, my thumb is brown, not green!

But they appear to be surviving and possibly thriving. All I know is they like it wet and well drained.
