Trailer Trash

I embrace my Trailer Trashiness! My sister and I call ourselves Double T and Triple T (Trailer Trash and Travel Trailer Trash). I love camping and traveling so, of course, that is a recurrent theme in my crafting. How cute are these travel trailer cards?

I used a retired stamp from  Stampn’ Up, some map paper and scraps. I colored the stamped image with a q-tip and some ink pads. This is what I call Following My Heart!

Proud Grandparents

Got a sweet note from our daughter Lumara.  A few years ago Laton and I made the little grandsons a blanket with roads and fun things for their matchbox cars. Vance has added to the drawings his grandpa put on the muslin. He added fairy doors to the trees and a store. We love how creative our grandson is!

It’s Almost Fall

If you know me, you know I’m crazy about pumpkin spice anything! I tried homemade 🎃  spice creamer yesterday and am enjoying a wonderful cup of 🎃 spice coffee today. I’m including the recipe for those of you who want to try it out! Yum! https://www.biggerbolderbaking.com/pumpkin-spice-coffee-creamer/

Scrapbooking 2.0

I’m still on a scrapbooking kick. Finished 3 more layouts for all those pics from the late 70’s.

Scrapbooking

I have been having a lot of fun creating again. I joined a few Facebook groups dedicated to scrapbooking and organizing crafts and have been really inspired.

I found some pictures in a damaging magnetic album. I removed them and immediately scrapped them and am very pleased with the results.

I’m BACK!

I have been such a slacker about blogging! I’m going to do better! No, really! Laton and I have been busy this summer.

In May, Laton gave me a birthday trip to Reno, NV to visit our friend Angela! What a fun time! Took the trailer and the dogs. Spent a couple days with our nephew Alan and his wife, Kirsty in Chico, CA.

Later in the summer we drove to Grand Junction, CO. We met and camped with our son Stephen Hammond and his girlfriend, Biba. We visited with Ty and Debbie, workamper friends. Ty helped Laton fix the air conditioning in our truck. We are so excited to have AC once again.

The end of August, I flew to Reno and spent 5 days with Angela while Laton went camping on the Rim with the dogs. He picked me up at the airport and took me camping for another week at the Rim. Our good friends, Jennifer and Rob joined us for the week. Lee, Sarah, and son, Ethan joined us for Sunday and Monday. It was a wonderful time.
